Information we process

Local game data

Game progress, levels, settings, and similar game state may be stored locally on your device, including through PlayerPrefs or other app storage. This information remains on your device unless a cloud-save or other online feature is enabled.

Analytics (GameAnalytics)

We use GameAnalytics to understand how players use our games and to improve gameplay and performance.

GameAnalytics may process information such as a GameAnalytics user identifier, device and operating system information, app version, session information, usage data, and gameplay events, including events such as level start, level completion, and level failure. Depending on the app configuration and applicable privacy settings, GameAnalytics may also process advertising identifiers and approximate location derived from IP address. See the GameAnalytics Developer Policy and GameAnalytics Privacy Notice.

Facebook SDK

We use the Facebook SDK (Meta) for app events, advertising measurement, and campaign attribution. We do not use Facebook Login, and we do not create or store Facebook accounts for players.

The Facebook SDK may process information such as advertising identifiers, device and app information, app install and launch events, in-app events, and approximate location derived from IP address, depending on the app configuration and applicable privacy settings. Meta may use this information to measure and improve advertising, attribute installs and in-app events, and provide related advertising services. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

Advertising and Unity LevelPlay

Our Android games display advertisements through Unity LevelPlay, Unity’s advertising mediation platform. LevelPlay works with advertising partners enabled in the game, including Unity Ads and other third-party advertising networks.

Depending on the advertising network, the user’s location, and applicable privacy settings, advertising services may process information such as:

These services may use this information to deliver, measure, personalize, and improve advertising, prevent fraud, and provide advertising-related services. The specific information processed depends on the advertising networks enabled in the game and the applicable privacy settings. See the Unity Privacy Policy.

Google Play Games Services

Our Android games integrate Google Play Games Services for features such as leaderboards, achievements, and player sign-in. Google Play Games Services may process player identifiers and game-related information according to Google’s applicable privacy policies and terms. See the Google Privacy Policy.

How we use information

We may use information to:

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not ask you for your name, email, or payment details inside the game for analytics.

We may share information with or allow access to third-party service providers and SDK providers that help us operate and improve our games. These providers may include:

These third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and applicable legal requirements.

Advertising and privacy choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be asked to make advertising or privacy choices, or you may opt out of certain personalized advertising through Android settings. Advertising partners may receive privacy or consent signals from the game or from the device, where those signals are available.

For information about Unity’s privacy practices, see the Unity Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can delete locally stored game progress by clearing the game’s storage or uninstalling the game. On Android, you can reset your advertising ID or use available Android privacy settings to control advertising personalization. You may also contact us at [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

For information or controls relating to information processed by Google Play Games Services, you may also use Google’s available privacy settings and privacy tools.

Children

Our games are intended for general casual entertainment and are not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own purposes. Third-party service providers, including analytics and advertising providers, may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

Data retention and deletion

Local game data can be deleted by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the game. Information processed by third-party service providers is retained and deleted according to the respective provider’s policies, contractual terms, and applicable retention practices.

For privacy requests concerning information that we control, please contact us at [email protected].

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through our services. Third-party providers such as GameAnalytics, Meta, Google, and Unity maintain their own security and privacy measures for the services they provide.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, services, or third-party providers change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last updated.

Terms of Service

By downloading or using Arrow Unbox 3D: Tap Puzzle, these terms will automatically apply to you. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

User Data Deletion Instructions

Arrow Unbox 3D: Tap Puzzle does not require user accounts, and we do not store player accounts or game progress on our own servers. Use the steps below to delete local data or request deletion of analytics data linked to your device.

1. Local game data

Game progress and settings are stored only on your device. To delete them, clear the app’s storage in your Android settings, or uninstall the application.

2. Analytics data

Analytics data is processed by GameAnalytics. We cannot delete those records from a dashboard ourselves. To request deletion, email [email protected] and include:

We will forward the request to GameAnalytics so records tied to that identifier can be deleted or anonymized where they are able to do so. Data already rolled into aggregate totals may no longer be identifiable and cannot be removed from those aggregates.

3. Advertising identifiers

We do not use Facebook Login and we do not store Facebook accounts or Facebook profile data on our servers. The Facebook SDK and advertising partners may process advertising identifiers as described in this Privacy Policy. To stop future advertising association with your current identifier, reset your Android Advertising ID and turn off ads personalization in the same Ads settings. Resetting the identifier does not erase historical events already processed by Meta or those partners.
