Privacy Policy (iOS)

This Privacy Policy describes how TriSapling Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our iOS games, including Arrow Unbox 3D: Tap Puzzle, distributed through the Apple App Store and TestFlight.

Who we are

TriSapling Labs publishes casual puzzle games. For privacy questions or requests, please contact us at [email protected].

Information we process

Local game data

Game progress, levels, settings, and similar game state may be stored locally on your device, including through app storage on iOS. This information remains on your device unless a cloud-save or other online feature is enabled.

iCloud and Game Center

On iOS, the game may use Apple Game Center for features such as leaderboards and Game Center Saved Games (cloud progress). Saving to Game Center Saved Games requires the player to be signed into Game Center and to have an active iCloud account (the app enables the iCloud Documents capability required by Apple for Game Center Saved Games). This is not a separate custom CloudKit database we operate; Apple processes Game Center / iCloud data according to Apple’s privacy policies. See the Apple Privacy Policy.

Analytics (GameAnalytics)

We use GameAnalytics to understand how players use our games and to improve gameplay and performance.

GameAnalytics may process information such as a GameAnalytics user identifier (on iOS, GameAnalytics typically uses Apple’s Identifier for Vendor / IDFV by default), device and operating system information, app version, session information, usage data, and gameplay events, including events such as level start, level completion, and level failure. GameAnalytics may also process approximate location derived from IP address. See the GameAnalytics Developer Policy and GameAnalytics Privacy Notice.

Facebook SDK (App Events)

We use the Facebook SDK (Meta) for app events, advertising measurement, and campaign attribution (for example, measuring installs from ads outside the app). We do not use Facebook Login, and we do not create or store Facebook accounts for players. The current iOS build does not include in-app ad mediation.

After Facebook SDK initialization, the app configures Meta App Events based on your App Tracking Transparency choice. When tracking is authorized, the Facebook SDK may enable advertiser ID collection / advertiser tracking for measurement. When tracking is denied or restricted, those flags are turned off. Depending on configuration and your choice, Meta may process information such as advertising identifiers (where permitted), device and app information, app install and launch events, in-app events, and approximate location derived from IP address. Meta may use this information to measure and improve advertising, attribute installs and in-app events, and provide related advertising services. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

In-app advertising (iOS)

Current iOS App Store / TestFlight builds of Arrow Unbox 3D: Tap Puzzle do not include in-app advertising mediation (they do not include Unity LevelPlay / ironSource ad SDKs and do not show rewarded or other in-app ads).

If a future iOS version adds in-app ads, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when that version is released, and App Store privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.

Separately, we may run marketing ads outside the app (for example on Meta) to promote the game; those campaigns are measured using the Facebook SDK App Events described above, not by showing ads inside the current iOS game build.

How we use information

We may use information to:

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not ask you for your name, email, or payment details inside the game for analytics.

We may share information with or allow access to third-party service providers and SDK providers that help us operate and improve our iOS games. For the current iOS build, these providers may include:

These third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and applicable legal requirements.

App Tracking Transparency and privacy choices (iOS)

On iOS, if the app requests permission to track, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt will display a purpose string explaining why. You can allow or deny tracking. You can also reset the advertising identifier or change tracking permissions in iOS Settings.

Denying tracking or resetting identifiers may limit personalized measurement and attribution, but you can continue to play the game.

Your choices

You can delete locally stored game progress by offloading or uninstalling the app, or by deleting related iCloud data for the app where applicable. You may contact us at [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

For Game Center or iCloud controls, use the settings available in your Apple ID / iOS Settings.

Children

Our games are intended for general casual entertainment and are not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own purposes. Third-party service providers, including analytics and measurement providers, may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

Data retention and deletion

Local game data can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing related iCloud / app data where available. Information processed by third-party service providers is retained and deleted according to the respective provider’s policies, contractual terms, and applicable retention practices.

For privacy requests concerning information that we control, please contact us at [email protected].

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through our services. Third-party providers such as GameAnalytics, Meta, and Apple maintain their own security and privacy measures for the services they provide.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our iOS games, services, or third-party providers change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this page was last updated.

Terms of Service

By downloading or using Arrow Unbox 3D: Tap Puzzle on iOS, these terms will automatically apply to you. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

User Data Deletion Instructions (iOS)

Arrow Unbox 3D: Tap Puzzle does not require a TriSapling user account, and we do not store player accounts on our own servers. Use the steps below to delete local data or request deletion of analytics data linked to your device.

1. Local game data

Game progress and settings are stored on your device and may sync via iCloud when that feature is enabled. To delete local data, delete the app. To manage iCloud data, use iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage (or equivalent) and remove data for the app if listed.

2. Analytics data (GameAnalytics)

Analytics data is processed by GameAnalytics (as a data processor for us as controller). Users may request deletion of personal data processed by GameAnalytics by contacting GameAnalytics at [email protected]. Requests are handled in accordance with GameAnalytics’ applicable privacy and data deletion policies.

You may also email [email protected] and include:

We can help route the request; we do not control GameAnalytics’ processing timelines. We will forward the request to GameAnalytics so records tied to that information can be deleted or anonymized where they are able to do so. Data already rolled into aggregate totals may no longer be identifiable and cannot be removed from those aggregates.

3. Advertising / tracking identifiers (iOS)

We do not use Facebook Login and we do not store Facebook accounts or Facebook profile data on our servers. The Facebook SDK may process advertising identifiers for measurement as described above. To limit future association with your current identifier, reset your Advertising Identifier and/or disable Allow Apps to Request to Track in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security. Resetting the identifier does not erase historical events already processed by Meta or analytics providers.
